EVE Counter Staff Course, forms both the foundation and the central pillar for all of your staff learning EVE. Once a staff member has completed the Coutner Staff Course they are ready to progress onto other specialty skill based learning, such as Marketing and CRM, Service Technician and Administrator level training.
The course consists of 31 lessons and is designed for all levels of staff to study, covering the wide range of topics required for a staff member to become competent across the broad skills base required to fullfill their role within the daily running of the dive centre using EVE
Who should take the EVE Counter Staff Program?
All staff members, who are actively engaged serving customers on the shop floor, Any staff member who interacts with your customers, receeving enquiries, making bookings and sales in the dive centre.
